ORDERS POLICIES • Minimum order is $50.00. • Orders received before 6:00 pm weekdays and 5:00 pm Saturday EST are usually shipped within two business days, except for racquets to be strung in-house and court equipment. Racquets will be strung within 48 hours and shipped as soon as possible thereafter. Court equipment will be ordered from the manufacturer and then shipped to you. Overnight orders must be received by 1:00 pm EST to ship on the same day. • Within the United States you can also send a check or money order. If using a credit card, our encrypted website is the only safe way to transmit the information (a phone is not). If you want to pay with a check or money order, place your order by phone at 703-998-4585 • Our shipping charges are based upon the total weight of your order. Shipping is automatically calculated. When you checkout, you will be offered multiple shipping options (i.e. UPS Ground). For Saturday and Sunday delivery, please call for rates. SHIPPING POLICIES • All orders will be shipped UPS Ground (2 days to 6 days depending on location). Alternative: USPS Ground (3 to 7 business days is typical, depending on location). Orders less than 2 lbs will also provide USPS Priority Mail option. Shipping starts as low as $3.99 for packages less than 1 pound. • For orders more than $100, particularly for apartments or condos, we might add the FedEx Ground $2.00 signature delivery fee to your order to help prevent theft of packages left at doorsteps. This assures that the package is not just dropped at the door, someone must be there to sign for the package. If you do not feel this is necessary, please say so in the comments field of your order form. • Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, and US territories will incur additional shipping charges. We will email you the total cost after you place your order to get your approval to continue with the sale. • International orders will also incur additional shipping charges. You can email us your requested order and we will give you a quote that will include an economical shipping option. RETURN POLICIES • No returns for refunds will be accepted unless incorrect item was shipped by www.tennisfitnesssports.com, or if item has a manufacturer's defect. Any such returns will only be accepted within 30 days (postmarked) from the date of the order. You will not be charged a restocking fee. • Returns for store credit or exchanges will be accepted for items that were purchased as gifts but are the wrong size (shoes, shorts, skirts). Such returns must be postmarked within 30 days of date of order. • There is no return on used merchandise. Any used item returned to www.tennisfitnesssports.com will be shipped back to a customer at their expense. • There is no refund for shipping charges. • We cannot refund the material and labor costs associated with stringing racquets. • The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. • Here are the basic steps: Please refer to your packing slip for return information. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
